Step to change the blog template
1 Log in to blogger account
2 On blogger in draft click the blog name you want change or click LAYOUT
3 Find and click edit HTML on Layout
4 Download full oldest template to recovery when the template cannot save
5 Now you are ready to change blog template
6 There are 2 way to change
     1  Through Upload a template from a file on your hard drive
          -To upload from computer HDD the file must be in .XHTML code or
     2  Blod HTML code you have and paste in the HTML code 
         - This code in .txt code
