Today i find what the web page i was save when i launch internet.One the most important i want to found about meta tag.Now i known that that meta tag is the most important when make a blog because when search engine crawl the topic, search engine will crawl meta tag first.
Follow by wikipedia meta tag is meta elements that can be used to specify page description, keywords and any other metadata not provided through the other head elements and attributes.
Commonly meta tag is divide by 3
meta tag for description, keywords and author.

When build a Blogger or web site to optimize for SEO optimizer 3 of meta tag above must be used to description your blog or web site.
There are a step to Add meta tag at the HTML code on your blog

Step 1	Log on to the blogger account
Step 2	find layout and click there >> than find Edit HTML and click .The HTML code for blogger wad view and ready to edit

Step 4	Add this HTML code above Step 3 Add 3 meta tag below <meta content='DESCRIPTION YOUR BLOG OR WEB SITE' name='description'/> <meta content='KEYWORDS HERE' name='keywords'/> <meta content='AUTHOR NAME HERE' name='author'/>
